Marco has been working 15 years alongside managers and business owners in the implementation of Production Logic, Industrial Organisation and Human Resource Management.
He is particularly passionate about professional improvement, with regard to both business processes and individual, professional growth. For this reason, he has been dedicating several years of his studies and career to foster these interests.
After having implemented and applied for a long time methodologies and tools of World Class Manufacturing in various companies, he decided to dedicate further studies applicable to personal leadership, emotive and motivational management.
Marco is a Professional Coach and a Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) Trainer.
Marco helps companies to compete and to stand out in the markets by intervening both in Leadership and Managerial skills. His aim is to orient the companies to the logic and the tools for World Class Manufacturing, those for Lean Management and Theory of Constraints.
