Renato Mosca

Renato has 25 years experience in Luxury, working with top luxury groups and delivering programs to over ten thousand people in over 60 countries, in 5 different languages to participants of over 90 different nationalities

He has designed and delivered training programmes for companies as Apple, Breguet, Bulgari Hotel, Luxottica, Canali, De Rigo, Dolce & Gabbana, Dunhill, Ermenegildo Zegna, Franck Muller, Hogan, Gucci, L’Oreal Luxury Div., Lio Ibiza, Luxottica, Swarovski, Capri Palace, Loro Piana, Rolex, Macallan, Marchon, Max Mara, Monnalisa, Miu Miu, Prada, Sephora, Saint Laurent, Tod’s.
He has also trained the management of companies as Mercer, GE Healthcare, Tetrapak, Barilla, Credit Agricole, Marina Port Vell, Schneider Electric, Alstom, Givaudan, Pfizer, Novartis, Sanofi among the others.

His facilitation style brings real-life examples that turn into immediate replicable actions to be put in place by the participants.

He is an experienced lecturer in luxury retail management with success stories at the University of Barcelona, Toulouse Business School and IED Barcelona. He is an invited professor on luxury brand management at IESE MBA, IESEG of Paris, Università Cattolica of Milan, Rikkyo University of Tokyo, IUM of Monaco, Ecole of Management of Grenoble and Eserp Business School of Barcelona.

His multicultural experience achieved by working in 5 continents makes it natural for Renato to embrace people from different cultures.

Renato is author of the chapter “Selling Ceremony and the HR factor in the book RETAILIZATION by Emanuele Sacerdote (Franco Angeli 2016) and contributed to the non-profit handbook “100 x 100 Business vs Corona-Virus (2020)”.
