Where standards
cannot be negotiated,

leadership cannot be templated.

You already know this. The programmes that got you here, or got your people here, were useful at the time. And at some point they stopped being enough.

Not because you stopped growing. Because the complexity grew faster.

Total Leadership was built for exactly that point.

The origin

It started somewhere unexpected.

During his M.Sc in City Planning at Politecnico di Milano, Daniele Perchiazzi studied how cities transform. The insight that stayed with him wasn't about architecture or infrastructure. It was about what makes transformation last.

The most enduring urban transformations don't impose something new from the outside. They find what's already present in a place, and create the conditions for it to surface, develop, and produce something different.

He spent nearly a decade inside some of the most demanding luxury houses in the world. And he watched the same principle play out, repeatedly, in the leaders who genuinely changed versus the ones who learned new techniques and then reverted.

You don't build leaders from scratch. You find what was always there, and create the conditions for it to produce something different.

That insight became Total Leadership, founded in 2021.

What we do

Total Leadership is a boutique consultancy specialising in executive coaching, corporate training, and psychometric assessment for senior leaders in premium, complex, and high-stakes environments.

Engagements span four continents and more than twenty countries. Sectors include luxury fashion, hospitality, aerospace, defence, financial services, pharmaceuticals, technology, and the public sector.

We work with a small number of organisations at any given time. By design. Depth over volume. One lead consultant. One context. One programme that belongs entirely to you.

Most clients find us through referral.
That tells you something about the work.

The Methodology

At the centre of everything is the Luxus Leadership Principles™ — seven independent principles for senior leadership development built around the interior qualities that determine how leaders actually perform under pressure. Not what they do. Who they are when it matters.

The LLPA (Luxus Leadership Principles™ Assessment) operationalises this as a precision measurement instrument — available as self-report or 360-degree feedback. Unlike conventional psychometrics that measure behaviour, the LLPA measures the interior qualities beneath it.

Where additional diagnostic depth is needed, engagements integrate Hogan, MBTI, DiSC, REACH Ecosystem, Spotlight, Spotlight TEAMS, and the Leading Dimensions Profile.

Who we work with

Senior leaders, executive teams, and the organisations responsible for developing them — where standards are uncompromising and where conventional programmes have already shown their ceiling.

CEOs, founders, Chiefs of Staff, Vice Presidents, Transformation Directors, Finance Directors, Chief Technology Officers. Across luxury houses, multinationals, and high-complexity institutions.

Selection matters more than scale. Not every engagement is the right fit. The first conversation finds out whether yours is.

Numbers describe outcomes. They don't describe transformation. The change worth measuring happens in the decisions leaders make differently after the work is done.

Daniele Perchiazzi

Founder

Daniele designed Total Leadership's methodology from two decades of experience working with senior leaders in the most demanding environments in the world.

He is the creator of the Luxus Leadership Principles (LLP) — a proprietary framework developed specifically for leaders in luxury and premium-adjacent organisations — and the LLPA, a psychometric assessment tool calibrated for senior leadership complexity.

He is an Adjunct Professor at the International University of Monaco and Glion Institute of Higher Education, where he teaches luxury leadership and brand management. He holds accreditation from the ICF (Associate Certified Coach) and EMCC (European Individual Accreditation).

  • Empowers team

“Our facilitator from Total Leadership ensured that every participant felt heard, valued, and motivated to apply what they’ve learnt. The training style kept everyone engaged, making even complex topics easy to grasp and implement in actual workplace settings.”

  • Provides actionable strategies

“Daniele doesn’t just teach theories - he provides actionable strategies that make an immediate difference. His focus on behavioural skills, like active listening and trust-building, has helped me improve my leadership approach and navigate workplace challenges with greater confidence.”

  • Keeps participants engaged

“From breakout rooms and storytelling in virtual sessions to dynamic group activities in person, the training provided by Total Leadership keeps participants fully engaged. The high-energy facilitation ensures that learning is fun, relevant, and—most importantly—something we actually remember and apply.”

  • Transforms communication

“Before attending the session, I never realised how much my communication style impacted my team. I used to think I was a good listener, but now I understand the power of active listening and nonverbal cues. Since applying these strategies, my relationships have improved, and collaboration has become more effective.”
