Executive coaching

Rigorous, confidential, calibrated to the leader you are becomin

Coaching at senior levels is not what it was a decade ago.

Rigorous. Confidential. Calibrated to the leader you are becoming.

02

Who Daniele works with — signal, not roster

Don't list every title. Open with the sentence: "Senior leaders navigating complexity, transition, or the limits of what their existing approach can deliver." Follow with 3–4 sector signals (luxury, aerospace, financial services, technology) and one stat: "1,700+ hours across 20 countries." Industry list secondary — in a smaller muted type row below.

03

How the coaching works — numbered 3-step logic

01 Assessment (LLPA + psychometrics) → 02 Calibrated design (no template) → 03 Rigorous sessions. Short prose under each. Not a list of tools — a description of the experience. Emphasise: "There is no template. There is no fixed curriculum."

Ciridae parallel: the 01/02/03 "Redesign / AI operates / Humans operate" blocks — each one a phase, each earns its own number.

04

Focus areas — two-column quiet list

Simple two-column text list, no icons, no bullets — just the topics in muted type. Doesn't need to be exhaustive. The list signals range without turning into a features table.

05

Testimonials — 2–3 selected quotes

Large pull-quote format. One quote at a time (or 2-column at desktop). Name + title below in small muted type. No star ratings, no company logos — the words carry the weight. Select the most specific quotes (Gianfranco at Google Cloud, Stephanie at Chanel are the strongest).

06

Credentials — trust signal, not a CV

Short paragraph, not a list. "ICF, EMCC Senior Practitioner, NLP Trainer under Bandler." End with: "These credentials answer the question procurement teams ask first." Keep that line — it's good.

07

What happens next

"If you are considering coaching for yourself or someone in your organisation, the next step is a confidential exploratory conversation." CTA button. That's it.

Total Leadership's executive coaching is a one-to-one engagement between Daniele and a senior leader. It is not performance management by another name. It is not therapy. It is a rigorous, confidential, and often challenging process designed to help a leader understand themselves at depth and perform at the highest level.

Daniele works with a small number of coaching clients at any one time. Each engagement begins with the LLPA psychometric assessment, which provides a precise starting point for the work. Sessions are conducted in person or via video, in English, Italian, or French.

Who this is for:

  • C-suite and senior leadership — CEO, COO, MD, VP — at premium and luxury-adjacent organisations

  • Leaders navigating significant transition: new role, new market, organisational restructure, post-merger integration

  • High-potential leaders identified for succession who need to close specific capability gaps

  • Senior leaders who have reached the edge of what their existing approach can deliver and are ready for something more rigorous

What to expect:

  • An initial conversation to assess fit — this is mutual

  • LLPA assessment and debrief as the foundation for the engagement

  • A coaching programme designed around your specific context and goals

  • Full confidentiality — no notes shared with your organisation unless explicitly agreed

EXECUTIVE COACHING

Rigorous, confidential, calibrated to the leader you are becoming.

Coaching at senior levels is not what it was a decade ago.

Generic frameworks and motivational scaffolding cannot meet leaders who carry the weight of complex organisations, contradictory mandates, and the quiet expectation that they will keep performing regardless of what changes around them.

What works at this level is something more demanding. Coaching that begins with diagnostic precision, holds the leader fully accountable to their own standards, and never substitutes warmth for honesty.

That is the coaching practice Daniele Perchiazzi has built over fourteen years through Total Leadership.

WHO DANIELE WORKS WITH

Senior leaders navigating complexity, transition, or the limits of what their existing approach can deliver. Over fourteen years of practice, Daniele has delivered more than 1,700 hours of one-to-one and group coaching across four continents and twenty countries, working with:

  • CEOs, founders, and managing directors

  • Chiefs of Staff to senior executives in major global organisations

  • Vice Presidents and Senior Vice Presidents

  • Transformation directors leading large-scale change

  • Regional and divisional leaders managing across cultures

  • Finance directors and chief financial officers

  • Chief Technology Officers transitioning from technical expert to strategic leader

Sectors include luxury, hospitality, aerospace, defence, financial services, pharmaceuticals, technology, and the public sector. Engagements operate under strict confidentiality.

HOW THE COACHING WORKS

Most engagements begin with assessment. The LLPA (Luxus Leadership Principles™ Assessment), Daniele's proprietary vertical leadership instrument, surfaces the interior qualities that shape how a leader perceives, decides, and acts under pressure. Where appropriate, additional psychometrics are used, including Hogan, MBTI, DiSC, REACH Ecosystem, and Spotlight.

From there, every engagement is calibrated to context. There is no template. There is no fixed curriculum.

Some leaders need help thinking more clearly. Others need to be challenged where they have stopped challenging themselves. Many need both, at different points in the same engagement.

Sessions are rigorous without being punishing. Calm without being soft. Reflective without losing sight of the decisions actually waiting on your desk.

What you can expect:

  • Honest counsel, not validation

  • Insight grounded in psychometric evidence, not personality cliché.

  • A space where complexity can be thought through without performance

COACHING FOCUS AREAS

  • Leadership transition and identity work

  • Strategic decision-making under uncertainty

  • Cross-cultural leadership and matrix structures

  • Executive presence and communication

  • Delegation, trust, and releasing operational control

  • Conflict management and difficult conversations

  • Performance, goal-setting, and accountability

  • Emotional sovereignty and regulation under pressure

  • Working through limiting beliefs and self-imposed ceilings
