Leadership has a language

Most programmes teach grammar. We teach fluency.

The Luxus Leadership Principles™ (LLP) is a methodology developed by Daniele Perchiazzi over two decades of working with leaders in luxury, premium, and high-performance organisations.

It is not derived from existing models. It is built from the ground up for leaders who operate where standards are uncompromising and context is everything.

The Luxus Leadership Principles™

Seven Principles. Seven inner shifts. A different kind of leadership.

You've mastered the doing. This is about the being.

You didn't get here by accident. You've built the skills, the track record, the room where decisions get made. And somewhere along the way, you noticed that technique alone stops being enough.

The leaders who sustain performance at the highest levels — not just for a quarter, but across careers — share something that doesn't appear on a CV. An interior quality. The way they hold contradiction without flinching. The way they walk into a room before they speak. The way they remain themselves when everything around them is asking them not to.

After nearly two decades inside premium organisations and some of the most demanding leadership environments in the world, Daniele Perchiazzi saw this pattern consistently enough to name it.

The result is the Luxus Leadership Principles™.

Seven independent principles. Not a curriculum. Not a sequence. An inner compass.

The seven principles

Each one stands alone. You can work on one without touching the others. There is no roadmap — only the principle that matters most in the room you're in right now.

How to work with the LLP

The methodology is deliberately modular. You don't have to take all seven. Most people don't start there.

For individual leaders

Work through the LLP Online Programme — structured and available wherever you are. Or go deeper on a single principle through one-to-one coaching with Daniele. The principle you resist most is usually the one that matters

For Organisations

Bring the LLP into your leadership development as a bespoke in-house programme. Daniele designs every engagement around your context, your people, and the specific tensions your senior leaders face — not a templated curriculum dropped into your calendar. Delivery is flexible: concentrated intensives, spaced cohorts, half-day sessions, full-day programmes, in-person or virtual. The structure follows your need.

Whether you want one principle or all seven, a single session or a year-long arc, the starting point is the same: a conversation with Karolina to understand what actually fits.

The LLP Online Programme

— structured development, tailored to you.

The LLP Online Programme brings the Luxus Leadership Principles™ methodology into a structured learning experience designed for senior leaders who want to develop their leadership capability independently, between engagements, or in preparation for a corporate programme.

Available as a full programme or module by module.

How do you measure something interior?

Most psychometric assessments measure what you do — your skills, behavioural preferences, communication style. Useful. Limited.

The LLPA measures something different.

The LLPA

Luxus Leadership Principles™ Assessment

Know exactly where you stand.

The LLPA is a vertical leadership assessment built on the seven Luxus Leadership Principles. It surfaces the interior qualities that shape how you actually lead — the ones that drive sustained effectiveness at senior levels, and the ones that quietly undermine it.

It is not a personality test. It doesn't tell you your type or your colour. It tells you where your interior leadership is strong, where it is stretched, and where the gap between how you see yourself and how others experience you is costing you more than you know.

The report that comes back is detailed, specific, and occasionally uncomfortable. It is delivered with a personal debrief from Daniele or a certified practitioner — because a report without a conversation is just data, and data without context doesn't change anything.

Self-assessment

A confidential self-report instrument built around the seven principles. Rigorous, precise, and unlike anything you've likely completed before. You're engaging with the interior qualities that actually determine how you lead.

360-degree feedback

Your self-assessment is combined with structured input from peers, direct reports, and other observers. Surfaces the gap between how you see yourself and how others experience you — which is almost always where the most valuable work begins.

The LLPA is used as the foundation for what follows.

Coaching engagements often begin here. Training programmes focus through it. Senior teams use it to build a shared language for what excellence actually requires.

If you're exploring coaching, considering a programme for your organisation, or simply want to understand your own leadership with precision you haven't had before — this is where to start.

Become a certified LLPA practitioner

For coaches, consultants, and L&D professionals.

If you work with senior leaders and want to integrate the Luxus Leadership Principles™ directly into your practice, the LLPA Practitioner Certification accredits you to administer the assessment, deliver expert debriefs, and apply the framework within your coaching, training, or organisational development work.

This is designed for experienced practitioners who want a vertical leadership assessment that goes beyond conventional psychometrics — and the credibility to deliver it.
